APOSTILLE & AUTHENTICATION SERVICES:

Our legal team and professional notaries are equipped to handle any of your apostille and authentication needs!  Whether your currently abroad, out of state or just uncertain about the time consuming process of authenticating documents, we are standing by to service your needs in a timely fashion and at a competitive price!  Expedited service is available!

Let us deal with the hassle of coordinating between parties, companies and agencies while running from place to place.  Properly preparing documents and copies, communicating with appropriate entities and parties, appearing at government offices, authenticating documents at embassy’s, agencies and the Secretary of State, as well as advancing fees and transmitting/delivering authenticated documents back to the client is just part of what we do!!!
The Apostille, which authenticates the signatures and stamps appearing on most documents, is becoming increasingly popular.  Countries around the world are adopting this validation procedure for its simplicity and worldwide acceptance.

In accordance with the resolutions reached at The Hague Convention (http://www.hcch.net/index_en.php) held on October 5th, 1961, diplomas, certificates, transcripts, and other documents issued in one country can be officially legalized in other countries if they are accompanied by a notarial certification and an apostille.  As a result, every Hague Convention member country is legally required to recognize your apostilled documents as authentic.  Non-member countries usually require an additional step of certification by the Department of State, which commands an additional fee/charge by the government.

Notarized Authentication consists of a notarized document attached to your degree or other documents, stating that the attached document has been fully earned, approved and granted.  The authentication prepares your document to be taken before your secretary of state or embassy where it can be apostilled.

Special consideration and notarial equivalents may be needed for the following documents:

Birth and Death Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Certified Court judgments and Washington DC Federal Court Documents, Educational Documents, Transcripts, Diplomas or Certificates, and Out of State Documents.  In each case Certified Vital Statistic Registrar forms or certified copies, or other forms of affidavits may also be necessary.

OTHER SERVICES:

Courier, copy, fax and printing services available;
Translation services available;
We also provide notaries to appear to swear in parties and take oaths at depositions, court proceedings or other private matters.

FEES:

Include processing fee plus $2.00 per notarial act, per document.  Processing fee based on type of authentication requested, notice given, availability and distance to be traveled.  Customer is responsible for all actual costs of authentication and delivery.  Unquoted costs and charges may apply.  Satisfaction Guaranteed!  Contract with confidence!
