Scott B. Blumenfeld is a Montgomery County, Maryland native who graduated high school from Potomac's, The Bullis School  in 1997. In 2001, Scott received his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he majored in Economics and International Politics. Scott also studied International Law and E-Commerce at the American University-Rome while abroad in 2000. In 2004, Scott earned his M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Scott B. Blumenfeld was admitted to practice law by the Maryland State Bar and District of Columbia Bar in 2005. He is certified by the Maryland Insurance Administration as a Licensed Title Producer. Scott holds a Non-Resident Title Agent License for the State of Florida and is a Notary Public for the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Scott B. Blumenfeld commenced his legal career practicing Civil Litigation, Criminal Law and Personal Injury while an Associate for Bell, P.A. in Rockville, Maryland. He subsequently was employed as an Associate for Bayer & Kaufman, LLP in the District of Columbia where he acquired skills and experience practicing in areas of Wills, Trusts Estates and Probate Law, Transactional & Real Estate Law, Civil Litigation and Business Organizations.

In the summer of 2007, Scott B. Blumenfeld co-founded Unique Title & Escrow, Inc. He currently continues to co-own, operate and act as General Counsel on a daily basis. In early 2009, Scott created Blumenfeld & Associates, LLC, a boutique general practice operating in Montgomery County, Maryland, the District of Columbia and in Baltimore, Maryland. James A. Peters has a general legal practice handling both civil and criminal cases. A native of Montgomery County, Maryland,

James was born and raised in Potomac, Maryland where he graduated from Winston Churchill High School. He earned his J.D. at The University of Colorado Law School in Boulder, Colorado and earned his B.A. at Towson University in Towson, Maryland. James is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association the Montgomery County Bar Association and The University of Colorado Law School Alumni Club.

Mr. Peters worked for The Colorado Public Defender's Office in 2007. While still in law school he assisted senior public defenders on First Degree Murder cases for which the State of Colorado was seeking the death penalty. During that same time period Mr. Peters handled scores of criminal cases in Colorado State Courts.

After returning to Maryland Mr. Peters has focused his practice on providing quality legal services to criminal defendants and civil plaintiffs throughout the Maryland State Court System. He has handled numerous criminal matters ranging from Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol to Violent Felonies. In civil practice he has reached favorable settlements for a number of valuable clients. Mr. Peters gives each and every case the attention it deserves and values working hard for his clients interest's day in and day out.

Charles E. Smith was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland. After attending Magruder High School in Gaithersburg, Maryland, Charles received his B.A. from The University of Maryland College Park. He subsequently received his J.D. from The University of Baltimore School of Law. Charles was admitted to practice law by the Maryland State Bar in 2005.

Charles E. Smith is an experienced attorney, having practiced in many areas of the law, including but not limited to, construction, real estate, and civil litigation. In 2007, Mr. Smith accepted a presidential appointment to work in the Governmental Affairs office of the United States Department of Transportation. Charles used his knowledge of politics and transportation issues to excel in the position of Associate Director of Government Relations. Charles is certified by the Maryland Insurance Administration as a Licensed Title Producer and is a Notary Public for the State of Maryland.

Charles E. Smith is General Counsel for ABC General and Mechanical Services, Inc., and contributes his expertise to the firm in areas of practice that include real estate and transactional law, government relations, construction law, domestic law, business organizations and civil litigation.
